All (and there is a lot) of the image management programs and websites purport to allow users to organize their image collections.     Just a note to anyone reading this - my wife and I built the software, and it works, but recent events such as Riya infer that the image recognition problem is being solved faster than I expected... thus while the tool is useful for our personal use, time will overtake its usefulness. Alas... it was fun though!
